1. Initial Meeting
Tony Roepke, Valley View Microsystems founder, will meet with you to review the current network, listen to your needs/concerns, determine your expectations and create a proposal to meet your requirements.
2. Assign Engineer
We will assign a dedicated Senior Engineer to your account and schedule an initial meeting. You will have the opportunity to meet your Engineer, ask questions and start what we hope is a long relationship. Your Engineer will perform an in-depth network evaluation and provide any immediate recommendations.
3. Vendor Transition
Valley View Microsystems will assist with a smooth transition from your current provider, change all passwords and provide a detailed inventory of your network so that we can manage and support it efficiently.
4. Manage & Support
An important part of providing a proactive approach to supporting your network is to install our remote monitoring software, anti-virus software and perform Vulnerability Scans to get a baseline of your overall security. We are now in a position to manage and support your company.
5. No Contracts
There are no long-term contracts, on boarding fees or expensive monthly managed expenses. We need to earn your business and it’s our job to keep you satisfied. You have every right to leave if we do not meet your expectations. We are confident in our abilities and must be doing something right to stay relevant in this competitive industry for over 20 years.
6. Review Meetings
We will meet with you quarterly, semiannually or annually depending on your desire to review the network and our overall performance. We will discuss goals, expectations and new technology, so you remain current in this ever-changing industry.
